Lemon Gravy

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour to form a smooth paste. Gradually stir in milk.
  3. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and cayenne.
Notes

Serve over fresh fried salmon patties.
