Protein Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Fold in yogurt, syrup, and coconut.
  3. Lightly beat eggs and mix in.
  4. Add some oil to a skillet and place it over medium-high heat.
  5. Drop batter by 14 cups onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
