- Combine dry ingredients.
- Fold in yogurt, syrup, and coconut.
- Lightly beat eggs and mix in.
- Add some oil to a skillet and place it over medium-high heat.
- Drop batter by 1⁄4 cups onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
