Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter. Beat until creamy.
  4. Beat egg and vanilla into large bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in milk into large bowl.
  6. Add flour mixture from small bowl to creamed mixture in large bowl. Blend well.
  7. Add rolled oats to mixture. Blend well.
  8. Stir in raisins and nuts.
  9. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 4 dozen cookies.
