Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter. Beat until creamy.
- Beat egg and vanilla into large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Stir in milk into large bowl.
- Add flour mixture from small bowl to creamed mixture in large bowl. Blend well.
- Add rolled oats to mixture. Blend well.
- Stir in raisins and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
