Hamburger Steak

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• ¹⁄₄ tsp salt
• ¹⁄₄ tsp pepper
• 1 small onion or ¹⁄₂ tsp onion powder

Directions

1. Shape beef into patties. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cut onion into small slices and sauté with patties or sprinkle patties with onion powder.
3. Cook in a large skillet on medium-high until meat is brown and juices run clear.
4. For a tasty variation, sprinkle some Italion Spices over the patties.
