Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Crumble the ground beef into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink.
  2. Drain off grease and pour meat into the tomato juice, mixed vegetables, and bouillon granules.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Make it vegetarian or vegan...

Omit the beef. I've had it both ways, it tastes just as good.

  3. Add the onion, carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, ginger, and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour.
