Mashed Potatoes

Directions
  1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well.
  3. Add milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix and mash until light and fluffy.
