Crockpot Roast

Ingredients

• 1 lb meat
• 4-8 red potatoes, cut in fourths
• 12 oz baby carrots
• 2-4 stalks celery, diced
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp steak seasoning
• water

Directions

1. Cover bottom of slow cooker with vegetables.
2. Place meat on top of vegetables.
3. Add seasonings.
4. Fill slow cooker with water to the fill line.
5. Cook on low overnight or for 10-12 hours.

Notes

Garnish with Heinz 57 and serve with dinner rolls.
