Chicken Casserole

Directions
- Cook chicken breast. Cut chicken into one-half-inch pieces.
- Mix soups, sour cream, salt, and pepper together in a large baking dish. Drain mixed vegetables and stir into mixture. Add chicken. Mix well.
- Crumble Ritz crackers over the top of the cassarole.
- Cook cassarole for 25-30 minutes at 350°F.
