Bean Stew
Ingredients
Directions
- Crumble the ground beef into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink.
- Drain off grease and pour meat into the tomato juice, mixed vegetables, and bouillon granules.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.

- cornbread
- greens (turnip, mustard, collard, kale, dandelion, etc.)
Make it fancy...
- Add a soup bone.
Make it vegetarian or vegan...
- Omit the sausage and use vegetable broth. Tastes just fine to me.
